These Terms and Conditions may change over time as our company grows and improves. By hiring Your Curb Appeal, you agree to the following terms:

1. Service Agreement

We provide our services for you — not the other way around. Please treat our team with respect.
We’re happy to make reasonable changes to your project, but additional charges may apply.
We do not tolerate disrespect or hostility toward our staff.

2. Contracts & Documentation

This is a professional business.
Written contracts are required for most of our services and will include:

  • Agreed pricing

  • Safety details

  • Project scope and timelines

  • Permission for before-and-after photos to be used for marketing or social media promotion

3. Refunds & Quality Policy

We take pride in every project and aim for perfection.
However, if an issue arises, our refund policy ensures that you’re covered in fair and reasonable cases (e.g., accidental damage, poor workmanship, or incorrect service delivery).

Refunds or rework will be handled based on written agreements and inspection of the problem.

4. Service Area

Our services currently apply to Donalda, Alberta, and surrounding areas within approximately 50 km.
Exceptions may be made on a case-by-case basis.
Scheduling times may vary depending on material availability and workload — but we guarantee our best effort to deliver quality and satisfaction for every “Your Curb Appeal” client!

5. Liability & Legal Protection

While we take every precaution to protect your property and ensure safety, Your Curb Appeal is not responsible for pre-existing damage, hazards, or misuse of the property after service completion.
Clients are required to notify us of any special conditions, fragile materials, or restricted areas before work begins.
By hiring us, you agree that Your Curb Appeal will not be held liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages beyond the agreed service contract.

6. Terms Updates

These terms may be updated or expanded as our business grows. The most recent version will always apply to new and ongoing clients.
